It is a dense, creamy puree, with a bright red color and a delicate scent that makes it perfect for making any type of pasta, also ideal for the preparation of pizzas and excellent sauces. The traditional recipe of the Calabrian sauce consists in frying the onion, very good that of Tropea, or the garlic with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, add the puree, a pinch of salt and, finally, to give it more flavor and give it a delicate fragrance, fresh basil.

Ingredients : Tomatoes (99.7%) and salt. To be kept in a cool and dry place; after opening, keep refrigerated. Pasteurized product, without preservatives.
