'Nduja is a particular type of pork sausage of Calabrian origin, now known all over the world for its unmistakable spicy taste, its creamy and soft texture and its intense red color. The 'Nduja is given by a very simple preparation based on a few ingredients: shoulder, bacon, bacon, thigh and girth of the pig, which are finely chopped and processed with the addition of hot pepper, and it is precisely the chili pepper, which constitutes the fundamental ingredient of this salami. The traditional recipe of 'Nduja is originally from Spilinga in the province of Vibo Valentia, in Calabria.
