It is a type of ring-shaped pasta; slow drying at low temperatures and bronze drawing give the pastry an ideal consistency to accommodate and hold all sauces, even the most elusive ones. Ideal with fish, but also with vegetables, meat, sauces and pates.

Tips for preparation : Use a liter of water for every 100 g of pasta. The dose of salt is 10 g for each liter of water.Salt and pour the pasta in one go, when the water reaches a full boil.
