THE SAUSAGE

Sausage is a meat sausage, typical of many Italian regions especially in Calabria, widespread all over the world. In Italy, according to the ingredients and the areas where it is produced, it takes various denominations.

It is usually produced by filling a natural pig casing. The Calabrian Sausage, in all its forms: chain, long or walker. Typical Calabrian salami, in the PDO DOP version with pigs raised in Calabria and sweet and spicy Calabrian chilli.
